In Hong Kong, our price for Step 2, “Word mark + Logo” includes 2 different applications: one for word mark and one for logo. This is necessary in Hong Kong if your logo contains verbal elements and you intend to use them separately from the logo. Nevertheless, it is possible to file one application with the logo (with or without words) or for the word mark only, in which case the price is half.

Word Mark or Logo
Word Mark is composed exclusively of words, letters or numbers and their combinations, without any graphical characters or specific colors.
Logo (or figurative mark) is composed exclusively of graphical symbols, drawings or logos.
Word Mark + Logo
Word Mark + Logo is formed by the combination of both verbal (word mark) and figurative (logo) elements, or by verbal elements represented in a stylized form.
